How S.O.R was Established - In a nutshell

S.O.R - "Stock Off-Road Racing,"

We had a clear vision of introducing Sprint enduro racing to Alberta as this was on our radar for quite some time. We were deeply passionate about ISDE, Sprint Enduro, and the traditional European style of racing, but finding suitable training grounds required extensive travel and time. However, everything changed when Courtney experienced a life-threatening vehicle accident, which forced her into months of recovery and unable to work. It was during this challenging period that we saw an opportunity to pursue our dreams and create a fresh start by establishing S.O.R Enduro Racing.

Our motivation extended beyond personal training grounds; we aimed to showcase the excitement and professionalism of racing on a whole new level. By organizing events, we wanted to provide local racers with more opportunities to compete at national and international levels. We believe that by bringing racing closer to home, we can foster a thriving community of passionate racers and enthusiastic spectators.

It's truly incredible to see the growth and overwhelming support we've received after completing a successful race season. It all began with a casual "fun" sprint enduro training day in Brooks, AB two summers ago, and now we've evolved into hosting a full-fledged sprint enduro racing series in Alberta. The progress we've made is truly remarkable and it's a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. We couldn't be more thrilled with the positive feedback and the enthusiasm from the racing community.

Motorcycles hold a special place in our hearts, and we are committed to creating an exceptional racing environment for all participants and spectators alike. This is just the beginning of our journey, and we are eagerly anticipating the start of the upcoming season. We cannot wait to witness the thrill and camaraderie that S.O.R Enduro Racing will bring to the racing scene.
